Senior Sales Leadership Role
This position offers the opportunity to shape sales across a national portfolio, working closely with senior leadership and leveraging a platform built for growth.
* Manage and grow corporate, MICE, leisure, wholesale, and inbound sales segments across all properties.
* Drive new business development and secure strategic sales opportunities for regional and metro properties.
* Develop, implement, and monitor property and group-wide sales plans aligned to revenue targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in hotel or hospitality sales management at a senior level.
* Proven ability to manage national accounts and lead sales campaigns across multiple markets.
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
