Early Career Opportunities in Rehabilitation Nursing

About the Role
As a Graduate Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and immersive environment. You will work closely with experienced professionals to deliver exceptional care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
Key Responsibilities
* Assessing patients and developing individualized care plans
* Administering medications and providing wound care
* Educating patients and their families about health conditions and treatment options
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
* Evidence of Australian working rights
* Completion of a nursing course after 1st June 2025 or expected completion at least one month before starting
* Availability for a minimum of 30 hours/week on a rotating roster including AM, PM, night, weekends, and public holidays
