About The Role
Royal Freemasons is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team at Coppin Centre Residential Aged Care Facility in Melbourne.
As a PCA, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Working within a supportive and professional team, you'll deliver high‐quality personal and clinical care tailored to each resident's individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and daily living support in line with resident care plans
* Assist with mobility, meals, personal hygiene, and other daily activities
* Build warm, respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
* Follow care and infection control procedures to maintain a safe environment
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support quality care
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
What You'll Bring
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
* Experience in aged care or health services (preferred)
* A compassionate, patient, and resident‐focused approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Understanding of person‐centred care and dignity of risk
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Key Requirements
* Valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or both)
* COVID‐19 vaccination (three doses) and annual Flu Vaccine encouraged; proof of COVID‐19 vaccination required prior to commencement
