About You
You will hold a doctorate in a relevant field or possess equivalent clinical experience and professional standing in Midwifery. With excellence in tertiary-level teaching, including in simulation and clinical settings, you also have experience in placement coordination. You'll bring a proven ability to independently design, deliver, and evaluate innovative teaching and learning strategies, as well as student assessments. Reflective practice and a clear understanding of the link between teaching, research, and clinical practice are key.
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with your ability to build effective relationships with students, staff, and industry partners. Experience in curriculum review and engagement in accreditation processes will be highly regarded.
