Construction Project Manager - Relocate to North Queensland
About the Role: AECOM's Program Management (PgM) team seeks a passionate Project Manager/Contract Administrator to develop their career in leading, winning, and delivering program management and contract administration opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality standards.
* Contribute to local strategic growth and develop our Project Management capability.
* Mentor staff and build relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders at all levels.
* Ensure project delivery aligns with Australian standards, focusing on quality and compliance.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in civil infrastructure projects, with skills in contract administration and project/program management.
* Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team development skills.
* Understanding of Australian standards; experience as Project Manager or Superintendent's Representative.
* Engineering qualifications (RPEQ/CPEng desirable) and 10+ years industry experience from contractor or client roles.
