Job Title: Office Support Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and efficient office support specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to valued clients, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of marketing materials, property brochures, and flyers.
* Management of online listings, weekly stock lists, signboards, coordination of photography, and other in-house marketing activities.
* Administrative support to real estate agents, including preparation of sales-related documentation, solicitor, exchange, and settlement follow-up.
* Maintenance and management of data entry in the CRM system.
* Open and close the office while maintaining a professional presentation.
* Meet and greet clients, manage enquiries, and attend to incoming calls and emails.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need strong attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and experience in administration support, particularly in real estate. Previous experience in social media and digital marketing within a real estate environment is highly regarded.
