What's the Job?
As Campus Concierge, you are the face of our Surry Hills campus.
Reporting to the Campus Director, you'll deliver exceptional front-of-house service to students, staff and visitors. You'll be the first point of contact — greeting, guiding, troubleshooting and creating a welcoming, high-energy campus environment.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a student-facing environment and enjoys solving problems in real time.
This is a casual position (up to 30 hours per week), worked within business hours 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday, fully on campus.
Key Points About This Role
1. Frontline Student Experience
Be the welcoming face of campus, delivering responsive, student-first service every day.
2. First-Step Support & Triage
Assist with ID cards, printing, LMS/email troubleshooting and manage bookings for Student Services.
3. Campus Operations Support
Oversee visitor logs, lockers, keys, deliveries, inductions, tours and daily campus readiness checks.
4. Experience & Satisfaction Focus
Positively influence NPS, Student Satisfaction and Service Level performance targets.
5. Continuous Improvement Mindset
Identify opportunities to improve processes and bring our CX principles to life: Accessibility, Empathy, Resolution, Personalisation, Speed and Choice.
Who You Are
1. Customer Experience Driven
You have proven experience delivering high-quality, energetic customer service.
2. Organised & Proactive
You manage competing priorities, act independently and take initiative when issues arise.
3. Tech Confident
Comfortable troubleshooting basic tech issues. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly regarded.
4. Strong Communicator
Clear, professional verbal and written communication with students and stakeholders.
5. Work-Ready & Eligible
You must have full working rights in Australia with no restrictions. This role suits a current student or someone looking to start a career in Higher Education.
