Mater Private Hospital Bundaberg have multiple exciting opportunities available for experienced Registered Nurses working across a variety of areas including, Medical, Surgical and Rehabilitation. These positions are available as permanent full-time, permanent part-time and casual roles.
What you'll be doing
Registered Nurses provide evidence-based and contemporary patient-centred clinical care in collaboration with other multidisciplinary healthcare team members. The delivery of care extends to patient advocacy with particular consideration to patients' physical, emotional and spiritual needs that contribute to optimal clinical outcomes.
Registered Nurses are responsible for ensuring safe and efficient care management within the scope of practice and professional guidelines.
About you

To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no practice restrictions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated commitment to continued quality improvement and best practice principles
