After successfully opening two stores and with our third on the way, we're looking for a motivated and passionate Store Manager to join our growing team.The Role As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, leading a team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring smooth running of all aspects of the business.Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate a team of casual and part-time staffEnsure outstanding customer service and in-store experienceManage rosters, stock control, ordering, and daily operationsDrive store performance and meet sales targetsImplement food safety and hygiene standardsHandle staff performance, coaching, and incident reportingWork closely with management on promotions and marketing campaignsAbout You Minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality/retail (food service highly regarded)Strong leadership and communication skillsPassion for customer service and creating positive experiencesAbility to manage staff performance and resolve issues calmlyOrganized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentAvailability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays including early mornings and evenings as requiredCurrent Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)Must have unrestricted rights to work in AustraliaExperience with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills for rostering and stock managementWhat We Offer Competitive salary + performance incentivesOpportunity to grow with an expanding brandFun, energetic, and supportive work culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
