In this role, you'll be the catalyst for operational excellence across warehousing, transport, inventory, and systems.
Working closely with internal teams (IT, retail ops, merchandise) and external partners (3PLs, carriers, technology providers), you'll identify opportunities, streamline processes, and embed best practice to support sustainable growth.What you'll bring:Strong supply chain knowledge, ideally from a DC or logistics environmentHands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and an understanding of how technology can improve operationsA track record of delivering improvement projects and solving complex problemsConfidence in working with multiple stakeholders and balancing competing prioritiesExposure to automation, process optimisation, or solution design will be highly regardedYou'll also step into a leadership role, with responsibility for a direct report and visibility across projects that span multiple areas of the business.This is a newly created position with the scope to make a lasting impact.
