You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with inpatient, community, and rehabilitation services to enhance consumer access and support positive outcomes. You will deliver specialised psychosocial assessments, rehabilitation planning, and evidence-based interventions to improve clinical outcomes, promote social inclusion, and empower consumers in their recovery journey.
