About the Opportunity
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 - Primary Brain Cancer Nurse Coordinator, you will deliver complex specialist care and coordination to patients with cancer across all phases of their treatment journey. This role provides clinical leadership, advocacy, and continuity of care to ensure optimal outcomes for patients and carers. In this role you will:
* Provide complex specialist cancer nursing care, care planning, and accurate clinical documentation to support positive health outcomes.
* Act as a patient advocate and coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and responsiveness.
* Deliver specialised cancer education, information, and support to patients and carers in line with evidence based guidelines.
* Lead and mentor nursing staff while contributing to the development of clinical practice, policies, and service delivery.
* Participate in quality improvement activities and support best practice within a dynamic and evolving environment.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with relevant post registration qualifications and at least three years clinical experience in cancer nursing.
* Demonstrated advanced clinical skills and expertise in delivering complex cancer care across diverse settings.
* Proven clinical leadership capability with experience developing speciality nursing practice and mentoring others.
* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
* Experience providing specialised education, advice, and support to patients with a primary brain cancer diagnosis and their carers.
