Communications Coordinator

Role type: Full Time; Fixed Term for 2 Years
Department: Corporate Development; Chief Operating Officer Portfolio
Salary: UoM 6 - $100,847 - $109,163 p.a. plus 17% super

Support communications and engagement / Collaborate with diverse stakeholders / Drive strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinate Community and Stakeholder Activities: Support logistics, planning, and running of events, presentations and initiatives.
* Manage Communications Materials: Prepare briefs, produce collateral, and update internal platforms for consistent messaging.
* Facilitate Internal Engagement: Oversee event logistics, presentations, and team programmes to enhance engagement and team culture.
* Collaborate and Communicate: Work with stakeholders to build trust and support the delivery of Corporate Development objectives.
You may be a great fit if:
* Experience in providing logistics support within communications functions and strong organisational and time management skills.
You may also have:
* 3+ years' experience in communications or a related field with strong logistics skills.
* Experience using customer or stakeholder relationship management platforms.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
* Experience in events management or project coordination roles.
* Proactive and initiative-driven.
