About the Role

As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Main Duties:

2. Undertake regular resident assessments and case conferencing to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
3. Review and update relevant documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Mentor and develop clinical team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
