We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a proven track record of leadership to join our team. As a Clinical Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.

About the Role

As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for:

">
* Providing clinical guidance and support to residents and care staff.
* Conducting resident assessments and case conferencing in line with industry standards.
* Motivating and developing clinical team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality patient care.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Main Duties:

1. Deliver exceptional patient care by providing expert clinical guidance and support to residents and care staff.
2. Undertake regular resident assessments and case conferencing to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
3. Review and update relevant documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Mentor and develop clinical team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

* AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with previous leadership experience.

* Consultative and effective communication skills.
