Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Professional to provide exceptional service as the welcoming face of our establishment. Key responsibilities include processing guest check-ins, managing accounts, coordinating with Housekeeping, and maintaining excellent relationships with teams and guests.
The Role
* Providing high standards of customer service
* Processing guest check-ins and outs
* Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
* Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
* Supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest
* Completing the day-to-day office administration
* Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests
Requirements
* Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
* Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
* Current drivers licence essential
