Corporate Services Leadership Role
The Corporate Services Director plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the effective and efficient management of resources.
This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time position with possible extension and/or permanency.
* Lead and support non-teaching workforce, building relationships, fostering a positive team culture, and navigating complex human aspects of operations with empathy and professionalism.
* Administer financials, maintain integrity, and deliver accurate reporting to meet accountability requirements.
* Oversee asset and facilities management, developing strategies for maintenance and optimisation of infrastructure and resources.
* Ensure compliance management, aligning administrative systems with legislation and guidelines.
* Participate in committees, providing insights into trends and advising on emerging business issues.
