A new opportunity exists within the Milwaukee Strategy Team, as a Strategy Analyst to design and deliver strategic improvements to the Milwaukee Business within identified areas of responsibility through research, analysis and investment recommendations.
Design
* Lead the design of a strategic investment if required.
* Combine research, data analysis, interviews and brainstorming to generate recommendations for the business within a strategic investment.
* Develop and prepare presentations to effectively communicate insights and proposals to stakeholders, and present as required.
* Facilitate, organise, and document interviews and workshops, following up with the business on any meeting minutes they are responsible for.
* Work closely with the business to derive requirements to enable internal and external parties to accurately deliver investments approved within Milwaukee's Strategy for example but not limited to, technology enhancements, capability improvements.
* Provide regular feedback to the direct manager regarding any issues, risks, or concerns related to the execution of Milwaukee's Strategy.
Business Partnering
* Build strong relationships across functions to influence strategic outcomes and ensure alignment
* Support business leads in the implementation of strategic investments.
* Assist Sponsor in ensuring strategic alignment between pre-feasibility design and delivery phases.
* Support business leads in developing informational and change management documentation during implementation of strategic investments as required.
* Support uplifting stakeholder's strategy capability including strategic thinking and strategic planning as required.
* Provide updates to the Strategy Specialist to support the Strategy Performance phase during design and implementation as required.
Process & Continuous Improvement
* Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities of Milwaukee ANZ's Strategic Planning Cycle and Strategy team ways of working.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills/attributes:
* Preferably a marketing / sales or strategy background with experience in business engagement.
* Experience in Corporate Strategy and/or business improvement will be highly valued.
* PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Microsoft Project preferred.
* Demonstrated participation in project environments/ projects.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation.
* Must be proactive with ability to think ahead, to be a team player and focused on meeting deadlines.
* Must be able to demonstrate initiative and critical thinking in problem solving.
