We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at AIM Construction Group WA.
This is a key leadership role in our Electrical Division, responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of electrical systems across various Rio Tinto sites and local residential housing.
About The Role
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing electrical installations and maintenance work on site
* Ensuring compliance with statutory electrical requirements and industry standards
* Maintaining high levels of quality and safety on all projects
* Leading a team of electrical technicians and ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A WA Electrical Licence (Unrestricted)
* Rio Tinto Inductions Highly Desirable
* Schedule S26C class manual driver's license preferable
* Full Australian working rights
* Excellent understanding of electrical standards
* Confined spaces & working at heights tickets
* Current certifications required: First Aid CPR/LVR and Construction White Card
