Quality Management Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Expert to lead our quality and training frameworks across the group.
Job Description
This is a strategic, standalone position that requires you to develop and execute quality and training frameworks. You will have full ownership of our ISO-accredited QMS and shape audit readiness, national compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
You will champion capability uplift through blended training delivery and partner closely with commercial, operational, and people leaders to embed best practice and continuous improvement across all locations.
Your role will involve owning and maintaining ISO 9001 QMS, leading internal audits, NCOR, and CAPA reporting, preparing and managing external audit readiness across all sites, designing and delivering national training programs, developing SOPs and supporting training content, providing insights on compliance risks to the executive team, and partnering with operational leads to drive quality and process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certified ISO Lead Auditor with proven QMS ownership
* Experienced in LMS platforms and national training design
* Strong background in audit management and risk reporting
* Clear, confident communicator who can influence across levels
