Human Resource Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall Human Resources function within our organization.
This includes but is not limited to: Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, Managing employee relations, Recruitments and terminations, Administering employee benefits and compensation, Maintaining accurate records of employee data, Conducting performance evaluations, And providing guidance on employment law and regulations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a public transit service
* Experience in administering collective agreements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
