Bevilles, a family-owned jewellery and watch retailer acquired by Michael Hill in 2023, is seeking a Digital Trade Lead to drive the commercial success of our online business.
In this exciting role, you'll lead the performance of our digital sales channels, optimise customer experience, and manage end-to-end ecommerce operations. You'll work closely with internal teams and agency partners to deliver data-driven strategies that enhance conversion, merchandising, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive online revenue, conversion, and merchandising performance.
* Analyse site performance and customer behaviour to inform strategy.
* Lead SEO/SEM initiatives and optimise digital marketing ROI.
* Manage product content, UX/UI improvements, and customer fulfillment.
* Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and warehouse teams.
* Present trade performance insights and lead ecommerce growth projects.
What You'll Bring:
* 2+ years' experience in ecommerce trading.
* Proven success with Shopify, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Light HTML coding and A/B testing experience.
* A proactive, growth-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
