Our client, a firm that specialises solely in family law, is seeking a Family Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years PAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in divorce applications, basic mentions and instructing counsel. Candidates with strong litigation experience are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, succession planning, asset protection, guardianship and administration of deceased estates and Family Provision Act claims.
Work closely with Team Leaders to **escalate** client issues for a speedy resolution.
Provide unwavering support to clients.
Qualifications
2+ years PAE in family law
Strong work ethic
Driven
Able to work autonomously
Compassionate and empathetic towards the clients

Salary: A$140,000 p/a
