Key Responsibilities:
Answer business phone calls and manage reservations during operating hours.
Supervise and support front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Work closely with the manager and management team to achieve revenue targets and operational goals.
Ensure smooth daily operations by following company policies and procedures.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and maintain a positive restaurant image.
Monitor food and beverage quality throughout service.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety regulations.
Contribute feedback and suggestions for menu development and service improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience as a Café or Restaurant Supervisor/Manager is preferred.
Current NSW Liquor License is preferred.
Robust communication and customer service skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Qualified appearance, positive attitude, and keen attention to detail.
Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Sushi-making experience is highly regarded.
