Key Responsibilities:
* Manage rental arrears collection process.
* Assist with centre rent collections.
* Complete Monthly Rent Roll process.
* Raise monthly charges.
* Process workflows.
* Maintain databases.
* Perform account reconciliations.
* Start/end day procedures with customer service desk.
* Reconcile and bank gift card takings.
* Complete petty cash reconciliations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Prior experience in retail shopping centres or similar environments.
* Strong knowledge of rent management and collection.
* Competent computer proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Tertiary qualifications in finance or administration.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong numeracy skills and budget interpretation.
