We are a dynamic digital marketing agency serving clients across diverse industries, from cosmetics to fitness & hospitality. We are on the lookout for a motivated Sales & Account Manager with a flair for nurturing relationships and driving growth. If you have a strong background in media or agency sales, we want you to join our close-knit team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Proactively identify, pursue, and nurture new business opportunities and leads within the Greater Brisbane region.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
Collaborate closely with the internal team to communicate and manage client expectations, ensuring projects align with client objectives.
Convey feedback from clients to relevant departments to aid in service improvements.
Manage the sales process from lead identification to closure, including proposal creation and follow-up with assistance from the internal team.
Conduct site and client visits within the Brisbane area when necessary.
Work alongside dedicated account managers to ensure seamless client communication and project delivery.
Handle routine administrative tasks relevant to sales and client management.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Knowledge of digital platforms and advertising channels, including the benefits of organic & paid social, Google Ads, SEO & website development.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient time management and organisational capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and sales targets.
- An inherent drive for excellence in sales and relationship management.
- Holds a valid Australian driver's licence.
