You will provide day to day operational & clinical direction, motivation & continuous development to your team members within this large aged care service within the Gold Coast region of QLD
The role
You will have the ability to establish & build effective relationships ensuring that residents have a connection within the local community and have the confidence that they are included within their daily living & clinical care needs.
Alongside your clinical insight you will also have excellent operational & financial acumen with the ability to ensure KPI's, accreditation standards and quality indicators are met in line with industry guidelines.
Being a cooperative leader, you will be comfortable being "hands on" and supporting with clinical duties & staff education when required.
Summary of Duties
Provide operational oversight to residents & care staff
Ensure occupancy levels are met & maintained
Ensure KPI's, budgets and financial goals are achieved
HR & staffing support
Ensure accreditation standards, compliance & quality indicators are met & maintained
Skills and Experience
AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with experience in an aged care leadership role
Accreditation knowledge & experience
Experience with finance, budget & occupancy management
Ability to identify & improve areas for improvement
Consultative & effective communication skills
