The Opportunity
You'll oversee a fast‐growing portfolio of Early Childhood centres across Greater Adelaide, partnering closely with directors and leadership teams to deliver reliable, values‐aligned staffing solutions. With the support of a collaborative and experienced team, you'll have the freedom to run your desk your way — with structure, mentorship, and development backing you.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll source, interview, and onboard high‐quality Early Childhood educators, building meaningful relationships from the first conversation. You'll speak with 30+ educators daily - so pace, resilience, and genuine curiosity are key. Temp recruitment is fast‐moving, and success comes from staying proactive, creative, and persistent.
Client Partnership & Consultation
You'll become a trusted partner to Early Childhood directors and managers - offering insight, confidence, and solutions that support their daily staffing needs. Whether your background is education or another service‐driven environment, the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate with clarity will set you up for success.
Business Development & Growth
You'll nurture an existing base of committed centre partners while identifying new opportunities to expand your network. Seeing gaps, adding value, and developing long‐term partnerships will be core to your growth.
Team & Culture Contribution
You'll work alongside passionate, high‐performing consultants in a team that puts people and purpose first. We celebrate wins, share feedback openly, and support each other to continuously raise the bar.
Why You'll Love It Here
* Hybrid working & flexibility – including one WFH day per week
* Clear development pathways – structured training, coaching and career progression
* Purpose‐led culture – values‐driven, people‐first, and deeply connected to education
* Perks that matter – daily breakfast and fresh fruit, social events, health insurance discounts, paid volunteer days, generous parental leave and more
What We're Looking For
* Experience in recruitment, account management, customer service, sales, or another fast‐paced, people‐facing role
