As Ecommerce & CRM Manager, you will manage the Laser Clinics and Skinstitut websites and CRM platforms to drive engagement and retention, based at our centrally located office in North Sydney. What you'll do: eCommerce: Drive impactful eCommerce strategies that boost traffic, conversions, and user experience. Lead high-impact campaigns and promotions, using data-driven insights to maximise brand presence and hit performance KPI SEO and SEM: Manage SEO/SEM plans with agency partners, keeping campaigns sharp and ROI-focused (including keyword optimisation, ad testing, and trend analysis) CRM Marketing Strategy: Roll out personalised CRM strategies across the Group, delivering memorable customer journeys across all digital and in-clinic channels CRM Email Marketing Planning and Execution: Create powerful CRM campaigns for email and SMS, targeting the right segments, and ongoing optimisation through a test and learn approach Project and Stakeholder Management: Align, collaborate, and energise cross-functional teams to bring eCommerce and CRM initiatives to life, creating standout consumer experiences Budget Management: Forecast and manage marketing budgets with precision, including accurate processing of all marketing invoices We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have: 5 years in B2C eCommerce and CRM marketing, ideally in beauty, FMCG, or retail Skilled in data analysis, with proven ability to identify target audiences, boost sales, and drive conversion Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms (e.g., BigCommerce, Shopify), CDP/CRM systems (e.g., Insider, Klaviyo), and Google Analytics Familiarity with best practices in retail eCommerce and CRM strategies, with a focus on SEO/SEM and performance marketing Experienced in both creative digital marketing (e.g., EDM, Campaigns) and performance optimisation Confident in influencing and networking, able to communicate effectively to meet KPIs and ROI Strong leadership, consulting, and organisational skills; able to align teams around eCommerce and CRM initiatives About the Team: At Laser Clinics, we believe that everyone deserves to feel confident, inside and out.
