About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to Director of Paediatrics and Staff Specialists to join us in this critical role to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the outreach and Wagga Wagga general paediatric clinic.
As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings for the Director and Staff Specialists
* Preparing committee agendas, minutes, reports, and presentation materials.
* Handling incoming communications and ensuring timely responses and workflow continuity.
* Providing secretariat support to meetings and acting as a key liaison across teams.

About You:
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Experience in a similar executive support role within the public or private sector
* High-level organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Strong problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and initiative
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
