We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This role will play a key part in supporting our HR operations, with a strong focus on Workday system testing, troubleshooting, data accuracy, and process optimisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR coordination experience who has a passion for systems, continuous improvement, and delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Workday Testing & Support
Conduct end-to-end testing for Workday enhancements, configuration updates, and new functionality.
Support HR, Payroll, and Recruitment teams by identifying issues, logging defects, and validating fixes.
Assist in preparing test scripts, documentation, and system walk-throughs.
Monitor Workday inboxes, troubleshoot user issues, and elevate as required.
Maintain high standards of data quality across all Workday modules.
HR Operations
Provide day-to-day coordination support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding).
Prepare employment contracts, letters, and documentation.
Coordinate HR inbox queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
Support cyclical HR activities, including performance, remuneration, and engagement processes.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who brings:
1–3 years' experience in an HR Coordinator or People Operations role.
Experience using Workday (essential).
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with systems and data.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to prioritise, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
