In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against invoices and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Accurately sort, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations to maximize space and efficiency.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting and stock reconciliation activities.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following 5S and housekeeping standards.
Adhere to all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, including the use of PPE and reporting of hazards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and support career growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse operations are a plus.
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks); valid forklift license may be required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
QUALIFICATIONS
Attractive remuneration for a residentially based role located in Karratha. The successful applicant will be required to work 5.5hrs/day Mon-Fri, giving the candidate the flexibility to manage their work life commitments within school hours. This is a full-time equivalent role (FTE) that attracts a 20% remote location allowance (RLA). Onsite training will be provided to the right applicant – to be successful the applicant must possess:
