Retail Food Group (RFG) is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to support the delivery of marketing initiatives across Donut King, Cafe2U and The Coffee Guy, helping bring brand campaigns, digital activity and in-store execution to life across the network.
This is a temporary role covering Parental Leave – 12 month contract

What You'll Be Doing:
* Support the delivery of the annual marketing plan and national campaign calendar across Donut King, Cafe2U and The Coffee Guy.
* Assist with the execution of digital marketing, CRM/loyalty communications and in-store marketing activity.
* Coordinate and deliver Local Area Marketing (LAM) initiatives, supporting Franchise Partners and Field Teams with local campaigns and promotions.
* Lead the marketing delivery for New Store Openings, including launch planning, onboarding and campaign execution.
* Coordinate marketing materials and campaign assets to ensure consistent brand execution across digital and in-store channels.
* Assist with promotional analysis, market trends and campaign performance tracking to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Manage internal marketing communications, including campaign updates and brand newsletters.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Creative and Media to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a proactive and organised marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail or franchise environment. You'll bring strong coordination skills across campaigns, digital channels and in-store execution, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once. A natural collaborator, you'll work closely with internal teams, Franchise Partners and external agencies to deliver marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and drive results.
You'll Also Bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related field (highly desirable)
* Experience in a similar marketing or brand role, ideally within a franchise or retail environment
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in reporting and presentations
* Understanding of advertising layout and effective message delivery
* The ability to analyse data and extract insights to support marketing decisions
