We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping Department and uphold exceptional standards across all rooms, public areas, and laundry operations. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the department, including staffing, training, budgeting, compliance, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage daily housekeeping operations across all areas of the resort
* Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for room servicing, public areas, and laundry
* Ensure consistent public area cleaning, facilities cleaning, and high-quality room readiness
* Coordinate with Maintenance, Front Office, and other departments to support guest needs
* Oversee laundry operations, including in-house washing of uniforms, spa towels, and specialty items
* Manage the housekeeping budget, labour, supplies, equipment, procurement, and inventory
* Ensure accurate payroll and rostering aligned with operational requirements
* Ensure compliance with WHS, hygiene, legislation, and resort policies
* Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping staff
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
About You
* 3–5 years' housekeeping management experience in a hotel or resort
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
* Familiar with HIGA Award and Fair Work compliance
* First Aid Certificate and Police Clearance
* Hospitality qualification advantageous
* Physically able to meet the demands of a hands-on role
