Digital Marketing Specialist (Hybrid)
$40 - $60 per hour + Superannuation

Our client is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer and distributor, established in the 1930s. Specialised in safety products, serving healthcare, aged care, education, and public facilities. They value design innovation, compliance, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:
* Build and run digital campaigns SEO, SEM, social media, email, targeting B2B audiences
* Manage content creation socia media, web copy, LinkedIn & B2B channels.
* Analyse campaign metrics and turn insights into reports and optimisations
* Support brand consistency across channels and assets
* Utilise GoogleAnalytics to monitor digital performance, delivering monthly reports with strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
* Collaborate on digital campaign planning, playing a key role in launching major campaigns and events.
The Candidate:
To excel in this role, you will have:
* 3 years in digital marketing or communications, B2B preferred.
* Hands‑on with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram Campaign Manager experience.
* Proficient in managing CMS platforms, including Shopify and WordPress, with familiarity in Salesforce.
* Strong written communication and experience with CRM/campaign tools.
* Comfort working independently within a hybrid team.
* Exposure to industrial, engineering, or B2B service marketing
* Basic graphic design skills
* Familiarity with manufacturing-based products or regulatory/technical industries
