This role sits at the heart of what we do. You'll be responsible for turning raw data and supplier offers into polished, bookable travel deals that go live on iknowthepilot.com.au and into our inboxes.
You'll work with our internal tools, suppliers and editorial guidelines to ensure deals are accurate, compelling and genuinely good value.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create airfare deals
Use our internal data and custom tools to identify strong airfare deals, build the final deal pages and publish them to iknowthepilot.com.au.
2. Create accommodation & holiday package deals
Work with accommodation providers and travel suppliers to promote their best offers, then create and publish the final deal listings on the site.
3. Deal publishing & quality control
Ensure all deals are clearly written, correctly priced, well-presented and meet our editorial standards before going live.
4. Daily newsletter production
Compile and send our daily email newsletter featuring the best current deals, ensuring accuracy, clarity and strong presentation.
5. Ongoing optimisation
Update, refresh or expire deals as pricing or availability changes.
What We're Looking For
* Strong written communication skills (clear, concise, and engaging)
* Excellent attention to detail — pricing, dates and inclusions matter
* Comfortable working with web-based tools (eg Canva), CMS platforms and data-driven workflows
* Ability to follow processes while working independently
* Interest in travel, flights and finding great value deals
* Reliable, organised and comfortable working to daily deadlines
Experience in travel, e-commerce, content production or deal-based publishing is a plus — but not essential if you're a fast learner. Why You'll Like Working With Us
