Office Supervisor

Join to apply for the Office Supervisor role at South Metropolitan Health Service. This is a Permanent Appointment for Full‑Time hours. The role is based at Fremantle Hospital, a 300‑bed specialist hospital focusing on aged care, mental health, rehabilitation, surgeries and medical services.

Overview

SMHS delivers quality, safe and effective hospital and health services within a catchment area stretching more than 3,300 square kilometres across the southern half of Perth. Our vision is “Excellent health care, every time”.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate the daily activities of the clerical section within the Department of Radiology.
- Ensure an effective and efficient service is provided to all clients at all times.
- Support the department in meeting its operational and quality standards.

Eligibility

To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed‑term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a visa allowing indefinite work in Australia.
