The Role
No two days are the same. You will be hands-on across all aspects of residential leasing, working closely with Property Managers and a Business Development Manager to deliver a seamless experience for landlords and tenants alike.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting open homes and private inspections
* Showcasing properties to prospective tenants and building rapport
* Managing and processing tenancy applications end-to-end
* Coordinating property marketing, listings, and advertising campaigns
* Responding to tenant enquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
* Liaising closely with internal team members to support portfolio performance
* Participating in weekly team meetings, mentoring, and ongoing training
About You
You're organised, confident, and enjoy being the face of a property. You take pride in presentation, communicate well, and bring a proactive mindset to your work.
To be successful, you'll bring:
* Previous real estate experience (essential)
* A current Certificate of Registration (COR)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communication skills and professional presentation
* A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
* NSW driver's licence and reliable vehicle
