What You'll Bring:
* Leadership Grit: Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and performance-manage a team.
* Qualifications: Cert IV or Diploma in Disability, Community, or Children's Services (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants willing to work towards this are strongly encouraged to apply).
* Expertise: Advanced problem-solving, conflict resolution, and de-escalation skills.
* Essentials: NSW Driver's Licence, NDISWC, Paid WWCC, and First Aid/CPR.
