Accountabilities
* Architect, maintain, and evolve a Figma component library that powers multiple products.
* Establish and document scalable UI patterns, accessibility standards, and best practices.
* Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration between Figma libraries and codebases.
* Identify opportunities to optimize performance, improve usability, and streamline design system workflows.
* Adopt emerging Figma features and front‐end innovations.
* Act as a bridge between design and development, ensuring seamless translation from concept to implementation.
* Communicate effectively in collaborative, cross‐functional environments.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Human‐Computer Interaction, Design, or related field.
* 5 years of proven success leading or architecting a component library in a global or enterprise‐scale environment.
* Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and modular UI frameworks.
* Strong problem‐solving and analytical skills.
* Expertise in design systems, component libraries, and front‐end architecture.
* Strong understanding of scalable UI patterns, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility standards.
* Proficiency in React, Angular, or other modern front‐end frameworks.
* Skilled with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
