The Governance Coordinator - Investments is responsible for supporting the governance functions of the Investments domain. The primary focus of this role is to provide high quality and efficient secretariat support to the Investment Committee, as well as assistance with the governance of Investments and other related Operations forums. The role also supports the collation of all investment related reporting that is presented to the Board, working closely with the Chief Investment Officer and senior investment team members. In addition, the Governance Coordinator – Investments will be responsible for managing the key requirements of the document execution process (including, agreements, deeds, forms) and document management (including any required assistance for retention and internal approval protocols). Your success will derive from your; Previous experience in a similar governance support role, ideally in a services environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the proven ability to actively engage with senior stakeholders Demonstrated ability to work in the strictest of confidence A reliable and pro-active self-starter with the ability to work self-sufficiently, prioritise work, meet deadlines and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy; A strong understanding of governance and administrative functions and office practices including formal meeting management, diary, travel and cost centre management; and make well considered administration decisions.
