Technical Training Specialist

This role is responsible for the overall development and delivery of technical product training packages to current employees and customers across New South Wales.

* Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training packages in an effective manner.
* Schedule and coordinate all training details, including venues, equipment, and catering arrangements.
* Drive the ongoing development and improvement of business systems and processes.
* Evaluate training and document statistics for regular reporting.
* Manage training records and attendance.
* Identify and promote the company's product offering and training capability to new customer opportunities.
* Maintain a Training Needs Analysis and ensure compliance.
* Ensure all statutory training meets industry standards.
