Job Title: Strategic Procurement Manager
This role is focused on driving commercial value and process improvements in procurement.
* Key responsibilities include leading strategic sourcing, benchmarking, and competitor analysis to inform decision-making
* Develop forward-looking category plans and sourcing pipelines that align with business strategy
* Support the development of commercial governance processes and maintain accurate contract registers
* Identify and implement process improvements that shift procurement from reactive to proactive
* Manage third-party risks through supplier diversity initiatives, ESG compliance, sustainability targets, and risk mitigation strategies
* Ensure procurement processes align with corporate policies and regulatory requirements while identifying opportunities for improvement
