What You'll Do
As a Car Park Attendant, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, giving directions, and quickly resolving any issues that arise.
Ensuring seamless traffic flow by efficiently managing vehicles entering and exiting the car park.
Maintaining a safe and secure environment by enforcing parking regulations, monitoring surveillance systems, and promptly reporting any incidents.
Keeping the car park in top condition through general cleaning and maintaining equipment like entry/exit machines, barriers, and cameras.
Being a key part of our team, working both collaboratively and independently as needed.
Stepping up in emergencies by assisting with first aid or guiding customers to safety.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with a proven track record of excellent customer service skills.
You should be confident, self-motivated, and able to make quick decisions under pressure.
We also require you to have:
Experience with cash handling.
Sound computer skills.
An active manual driver's license.
Eligible to work in Australia.
Full availability to work evenings and weekends.
The ability to work autonomously.
