The Opportunity
This is a fixed-term maternity leave contract through to January 2027. It\'s a genuine opportunity worth pursuing for an experienced Multi-Site Leader or Area Manager ready to step up. You will be supported and gain valuable experience that will accelerate your career trajectory.
You'll take the reins across 10 stores in our Gold Coast region, including 3 regional stores with multi-site leaders. You'll coach teams, uphold flawless VM and operations, and bring the commercial edge and high standards that make stores our customers love returning to.
You'll bring strong commercial focus, a passion for high standards, and the ability to motivate your teams to execute with energy, purpose and pride.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Leading your region to achieve and exceed sales, KPIs and targets
* Using data insights to identify opportunities, build action plans and drive profitable outcomes
* Leading with a customer-first mindset to ensure a consistent, elevated experience across all stores
* Coaching and mentoring Store Managers including multi-site leaders to grow capability, confidence and leadership strength
* Developing succession pipelines and attracting talent aligned to our brand values and purpose

About You
You're energised by retail, inspired by people, and motivated by results. You bring:
* Experience leading multiple sites as an Area Manager, Multi-Site Leader or equivalent
* Demonstrated success in driving sales and exceeding KPIs
* A passion for leading, coaching and developing people
* Strong business acumen and the ability to turn insights into action
* A valid driver\'s licence and reliable vehicle
You don\'t need to have held the title of Regional Manager before, but you do need to be ready to lead at that level every day.
