Senior Test Analyst – Clinical Systems

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join a large-scale healthcare transformation program focused on modernising critical clinical and patient administration systems.
Working within a complex environment, you will play a key role in ensuring clinical workflows, patient data, integrations, and supporting systems are thoroughly tested and fit for operational use. Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing (E2E), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
* Validate patient administration and clinical workflows across multiple systems
* Perform integration testing to ensure reliable data exchange between interconnected platforms
* Validate migrated patient and clinical data for accuracy, completeness, and usability
* Identify, document, and manage defects through to resolution and retesting
* Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, execution results, and defects
* Produce clear and auditable testing evidence to support governance and go-live readiness
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, technical teams, and vendors throughout the testing lifecycle
About You
* Proven experience as a Test Analyst within healthcare, clinical systems, patient administration systems, or similar environments
* Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient administration processes
* Experience delivering SIT, E2E, and UAT activities across complex programs
* Hands‐on experience using Azure DevOps or similar test management tools
* Strong defect management, documentation, and reporting skills
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
Desirable Experience
* Exposure to Patient Administration Systems (PAS), EMR, or clinical platforms
* Experience with healthcare integrations and data migration validation
* Understanding of healthcare privacy, compliance, and regulatory requirements
* Previous experience working within large-scale transformation or digital health programs
