Job Description
This role oversees the legal support functions for the Inquests, Inquiries and Representation team.
The successful candidate will lead and manage the administrative tasks of this team, focusing on improving work practices and delivering e-court services.

Responsibilities
1. Manage support staff performance
2. Provide operational advice and recommendations
3. Develop and implement consistent procedures
4. Monitor budgets related to legal support functions
5. Support the implementation and management of e-court services and other legal technologies
6. Foster and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
7. Regularly evaluate and improve legal support workflows and processes
8. Collaborate closely with legal officers to ensure their administrative needs are met

* Strong skills in managing e-court services and electronic discovery processes
