Working as the UX UI Designer for an emerging scale up, this role suits a strong ambitious intermediate - senior looking for the opportunity to work in an autonomous role and take full ownership of design.

* Experience designing in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
* Comfort operating with autonomy and ownership
* Clear, confident design judgement
Responsibilities:
* Take full ownership of Design System
* Create clean, modern interfaces
* Architect workflows for complex, data-rich experiences
* Work side-by-side with Product and Engineering
* Produce best-in-class wireframes, prototypes and interaction models
* Define and evolve the platform's visual identity and interaction language
