About the Role
Provide assistance to the CommunityManager in areas of people management (staff, contractors and residents) in order to drive revenue and create community.
Participate in training and development to ensure the highest standards of service are offered to existing and potential residents.
Key responsibilities
Conduct site audits as well as entry and exit inspections and report on findings Organise events and activities and evaluate outcomes Prepare marketing material and participate in open days Network with key community groups and build positive relationships Ensure presentation and cleaningstandards are maintained Assist the Community Manager oversee the day to day running of the community Assist manage the resale of resident homes Skills & Experience:
Experience in a similar role, preferably within seniors living Demonstrated leadership experience High levels of customer service with the ability to communicate at all levels Highly organised and efficient Previous experience in managing a team Above award hourly rates + great reward and recognition programs Rewarding role, get that "feel good factor" from assisting your residents Fun, sociable and honest team, with supportive company culture What's next?
