The Role
This is a full time, onsite position based in Scoresby
Monday to Friday.
Hours are either 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional later finishes to support events.
The position starts immediately
6-months with the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate
What you'll be doing
Managing reception and front desk operations
Greeting visitors and assisting with contractor check in and inductions
Coordinating couriers and deliveries
Meeting room set up, resets and general workplace presentation
Administrative support across the workplace experience function
Kitchen and supplies top ups, ensuring all shared spaces are tidy and welcoming
Supporting events where required
Being a trusted point of contact for employees onsite
What we're looking for
Previous experience in reception, corporate concierge, facilities or workplace support
Strong communication and people skills with a polished, professional presentation
Confident with administrative tasks and Microsoft systems
Reliable, proactive and customer focused
Ability to commit to full time onsite work
Happy to undergo a National Police Check if successful
