Mobilisation Coordinator Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless mobilisation of our workforce across multiple projects. This is an excellent opportunity to take your career to the next level.
This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend coverage as required. You will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding and mobilisation process for new employees, reviewing and verifying compliance of employee documentation, managing site access requirements, and scheduling pre-employment medicals and compliance checks.
You will also be responsible for processing new starters through client portals, assigning inductions, arranging PPE, and coordinating travel/flight bookings for site mobilisation. Additionally, you will develop and maintain active rotating shift rosters and maintain accurate employee and mobilisation records.
To be successful in this role, you will bring previous experience in a mobilisation, onboarding, or HR coordination role, strong attention to detail and organisational skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems, and previous experience with project management tools. You must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and have a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
* Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

* Previous experience with project management tools
